- Track daily employee performance and achievements ("palomerias")
- Facilitate monthly voting processes for employee recognition
- Generate performance scores and analytics
- Provide tools for peer evaluation and feedback
- Support organizational employee recognition programs
3. User Eligibility and Registration
Eligibility
Our platform is intended for use by employees of organizations that have subscribed to our service. You must be at least 18 years old and have authorization from your employer to use this platform.
Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- One person may not maintain more than one account
4. Acceptable Use Policy
Permitted Uses
- Recording legitimate daily performance activities and achievements
- Participating in fair and honest voting processes
- Providing constructive feedback and peer evaluations
- Using the platform for its intended business purposes
Prohibited Activities
- Manipulating scores, votes, or performance data
- Creating fake entries or inflating achievements

- Sharing account credentials or allowing unauthorized access
- Attempting to hack, disable, or interfere with the platform
- Using the platform for personal gain outside of normal recognition processes
- Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or company policies
5. Voting and Scoring System
Fair Play
All users must participate in voting and scoring processes honestly and fairly. Any attempts to manipulate results, coordinate unfair voting, or game the system are strictly prohibited.
Dispute Resolution
If you believe there has been an error in scoring or voting, you may submit a dispute through the proper channels within your organization. All disputes will be reviewed according to your company's policies.
6. Data and Privacy

Performance Data
